Sources and corrections

Significant factual statements link to the source and page or timestamp where possible. Packet page numbers mean original PDF pages; the excerpt preserves those pages in order. Source dates matter: a past proposal is not automatically today’s approved plan.

We retain conflicting figures and include agency responses alongside concerns. No motive, wrongdoing, personal relationship or hydraulic causation is inferred from attendance, proximity or incomplete records.

To prepare a correction, identify the page, statement, source and date. The website submission service is not yet open.

Current limitations

Research last updated September 29, 2026. Case-specific hearing notice and deadline remain unconfirmed. August/September automatic captions have not been verified against audio. Talavera attachment originals still need complete review. Current boardwalk budget/design and several grant and engineering records are missing from the reviewed collection.

Photos, privacy and advocacy

Nothing submitted is published automatically. Contact details remain private; general locations are preferred. Public image copies should have unnecessary metadata removed. A resident letter is an opinion or advocacy template, not an official report. No reusable letter is published in this release pending approval of a public version.
